Together with a close friend, I developed an Inventory & Asset Management System for Jan Kath Design GmbH, one of the world’s leading luxury carpet manufacturers.

The system manages the complete lifecycle of each carpet – from inventory and global logistics to quality assurance and provenance. Every piece is documented and photographed with high-resolution, automated camera systems we specifically engineered to ensure consistent, studio-grade images. This has already produced hundreds of thousands of comparable photographs, forming the digital backbone of Jan Kath’s worldwide operations.

Jans carpets are renowned for their unique fusion of contemporary art and traditional craftsmanship, making them highly sought-after pieces in galleries, private collections, and luxury interiors around the globe. Our software ensures that this cultural and artistic value is preserved, documented, and accessible at the highest professional standard.
