I am Marc-André Bombeck – Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Kreisverwaltung Recklinghausen, currently based in Bochum, Germany. I lead the operational IT department, focusing on IT strategy, digital transformation, IT Service Management, and building resilient, secure infrastructures that support modern public administration.
